When working with us, there are always questions whose answers may not be easy to find on the website. We are therefore happy to answer individual questions by telephone on 041 925 60 80 and by e-mail at to answer your questions. Please be sure to include your telephone number, as a question can often lead to a dialog and we are grateful if we can discuss it directly with each other.


Ordering and shipping

How can I pay?
Invoice, TWINT, PayPal, credit card, prepayment and cash on site.
When paying by invoice, you will receive a free invoice by email from POWERPAY, to whom we assign the payment processing, provided you have a valid email address.

When do I have to pay?
If you pay by PayPal, Twint, Postfinance or credit card, the invoice will be settled immediately. If you pay in advance, you have as much time as you like. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment (except for pre-orders). However, after 9 days we will remind you by e-mail and ask whether we should hold the order. The payment term for orders on account is 14 days.

You also have the option of collecting the ordered items directly from our warehouse against cash, credit card or Twint.

When will my ordered goods be delivered?
You can see the delivery times for each individual item when you place your order. Normally this is 1-3 working days. However, it is possible that some items are not in stock and therefore the delivery time takes longer. However, the delivery times are also indicated here. Under certain circumstances, this can be several weeks.

Can I enter a separate recipient address?
When entering your order, you have the option of entering an additional recipient address in addition to the billing address. In this case, the shipment will be sent to this address. Please note, however, that we will enclose a printed invoice with the delivery. If the delivery is to be made as a gift, please inform us accordingly. You can also add this to the order in the "Comments" field.

How can I redeem a voucher code?
At the very beginning of the shopping cart, you have the option of entering and redeeming the voucher code in the corresponding field. The amount will be deducted directly from the invoice amount and will be visible to you. If you do not see a reduction, either the voucher is invalid or a typing error has been made.



Can I exchange something?

You can exchange almost anything free of charge. Excluded from exchange are masks, gift items such as belts, wallets or wooden boards as well as promotional items and customized T-shirts such as hunters, ibex, etc. All other items of clothing may be exchanged once free of charge within 30 days of dispatch or even returned without replacement - no ifs, ands or buts! In the event of a return, the value of the goods will be transferred to you or credited back to you if you pay by credit card or PayPal.

When returning goods, please fill out the return slip and enclose it with your address and bank details, if applicable.

I have received an incorrect or defective item?
Unfortunately, we or the manufacturer can also make mistakes. We apologize for this and you have the right to return the item and we will exchange it for the correct item. We will also reimburse you for the return postage in the form of stamps or a credit note, which we will enclose with the new delivery.

In this case, please also fill in the returns slip so that we know who to do what for. Please also include a telephone number, as we are happy to clarify any queries directly by telephone.


Our products

Why does Landjä have some items produced in India?

The development, design and shipping to you take place in Switzerland. Production is split between Switzerland and India.

The following considerations have prompted us to have our textiles produced in India:

  • We are already creating many jobs in India through our orders. India is a country that specializes in the export of textiles and is dependent on orders from abroad. Through this direct cooperation, we are helping many families to lead a better life. The producer, whom we met personally here in Switzerland, runs a SEDEX certified company and is ISO 9001, 14001 and 22000 certified. 
  • As we attach great importance to quality and fair conditions, we also pay fair prices for our products and regularly pay out large bonuses.
  • Nevertheless, more than 70% of the added value is created in Switzerland. Development, design, marketing, sales, etc. take place exclusively in Switzerland. All other articles are produced in Switzerland.
  • Switzerland is one of the richest countries in the world and yet there is still poverty here. We want to help alleviate this through contributions to the aid organization "Swiss Mountain Aid" aid organization and you are involved with your purchase. Thank you very much!

Who is Landjä

We are a young, trendy fashion label (startup since 2020), with currently 3 employees (as of January 2021). It is very important to us to offer our customers a high-quality service from the very beginning and to deliver equally high-quality products. However, we are aware that this cannot be achieved right from the start. We therefore welcome criticism or praise, and are happy to help you with exchanges or returns. This is the only way we can improve or maintain the good standard.
