When working together, questions always arise whose answers may not be easy to find on the website. For this reason, we are happy to answer individual questions by telephone on 041 925 60 80 and by e-mail . Please be sure to give us your telephone number, because often a question can lead to a dialogue and then we are grateful if we can discuss directly with each other.

Ordering and shipping

How can I pay?
Invoice, TWINT, PayPal, credit card, prepayment and cash on site.
If you pay by invoice, you will receive a free invoice by email from POWERPAY to whom we assign the payment processing, provided you have a valid email address.

When do I have to pay?
If you pay with PayPal, Twint, Postfinance or credit card, the invoice will be settled immediately. If you pay in advance, you have as much time as you want. The goods will be shipped directly after receipt of payment (except for pre-orders). However, after 9 days we will remind you by mail and ask whether we should keep the order. Payment term for orders on account is 14 days.

We also offer the possibility to pick up the ordered items directly in our warehouse against cash payment, credit card or Twint.

When will my ordered goods be delivered?
You can see the delivery times for each individual item when you place your order. Normally this is 1-3 working days. However, it is possible that some items are not in stock and therefore the delivery time is longer. But also here the delivery times are indicated. Under certain circumstances this can be several weeks.

Can I enter a separate recipient address?
When entering the order, you have the option of entering an additional recipient address in addition to the billing address. In this case, the shipment will be made to this address. Please note, however, that we will enclose a printed invoice with the delivery. If the delivery should take place as a gift, we ask you for an appropriate message. You can also add this to the order in the field "remarks".

How can I redeem a voucher code?
At the very beginning, directly at the shopping cart, you have the possibility to enter and redeem the voucher code in the corresponding field. The amount will be deducted directly from the invoice amount and is visible to you. If you do not see a reduction, either the voucher is invalid or there has been a clerical error.


Can I exchange something?

You can exchange almost everything free of charge. Excluded from exchange are masks, gift items like belts, purses or wooden boards as well as promotional items and custom made t-shirts like hunter, ibex etc. All other items of clothing may be exchanged once free of charge within 30 days of dispatch or even returned without replacement. In the case of a return, the value of the goods will be transferred to you or, in the case of payment by credit card or PayPal, credited back to you there.

We ask you to fill out the return form and enclose it with your address and bank details.

I have received an incorrect or defective item?
Unfortunately, we or the producer can also make mistakes. We apologize for this and you have the right to return the item and we will exchange it for the correct item. We will also reimburse you for the return postage in the form of stamps or a credit note, which we will enclose with the new delivery.

In this case, please also fill out the return note so that we know what to do for whom. Please also include a telephone number, we are happy to clarify any unclear points directly by telephone.

Why does Landjä have some articles produced in India?

The development, design and shipping to you is done in Switzerland. The production is divided between Switzerland and India.

The following considerations have prompted us to have our textiles produced in India:

  • Through our orders, we are already creating many jobs in India today (beginning of 2021). India is a country that specializes in the export of textiles and is dependent on orders from abroad. Through this direct cooperation we help many families to lead a better life. The producer, whom we met personally here in Switzerland, assures us that the work is done by adults under fair conditions, a corresponding certification has already been made. As soon as travelling is possible again, we will visit him to see for ourselves.
  • Nevertheless, more than 70% of the added value takes place in Switzerland. Development, design, marketing, distribution, etc. are all done in Switzerland. All other articles are produced in Switzerland.
  • Switzerland is one of the richest countries in the world and yet there is poverty here too. We want to support this by contributing to the aid organisation"Schweizer Berghilfe" and you are participating in this with your purchase. Thank you very much!

Who is Landjä

We are a young, trendy fashion label (startup since 2020), with currently 3 employees (as of January 2021). It is very important to us to provide our customers with a high quality service and products right from the start. However, we are aware that this cannot be achieved in all aspects at the first go. Therefore, we are happy to receive criticism or praise, or are available for exchanges or returns. Only in this way can we become better or maintain the good standard.
