Landjäger cheese tart


For 4 persons

1stk grated dough or cake batter

200g onions, in rings

200g Landjäger, finely diced

250g Gruyère, grated

20g butter

200ml milk

100ml cream

2 eggs

pepper, nutmeg, a little salt

Briefly fry the onions in butter, add the Landjäger and fry until the onions are translucent. Leave to cool slightly.

Roll out the dough on a little flour and place in a wähen dish. Prick well with a fork, not forgetting the edges.

Mix all the other ingredients with the Landjäger onions and season. Pour into the dough and spread evenly.

Bake in the middle of a fan oven preheated to 220C for 30-35 minutes.

Leave to stand for at least 15 minutes before eating so that the cheese firms up a little.
